Skip had his first full day at the Dominican rehab facility. He was a bit tired and I'm sure it was because of the move and getting adjusted to the new environment. He did do a bunch of therapy and all of the therapists told my mom that his case is very unique. Skip is left handed and usually the lefties store the speech on the left and 50% store it on the right. The same is true with his cognitive abilities. Skips stroke is puzzling and we are still learning what's there and what needs to be rehabilitated. The Speech therapist said that everything is there, it's just filed and out of order. We are glad he's settled in at his new location and I'll be heading down there on Friday.
